After processed your payment and received your order request, we will email you to confirm this order. And then, we will prepare the items in your order.

2.Processing time

In this part, we kindly ask about 3-5 business days for the quality control and arrange a suitable shipment. After the package ship out, we will send you an email about the delivery information.


3.Shipping time

The actual shipping time to destination countries is based on the shipping method in your order.

A: DHL Shipping: 3 - 5 business days

B: FedEx Shipping: 5 - 7 business days

Return

Fefi Fashion Shop strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer). You must contact us at fefifashionshop@gmailcom prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.

 Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Please contact our customer support for refund assistance.
